We’re going to have lots of Sea Days on this trip; days when we just sail. We like them because we get caught up on chores like laundry and have time to attend lectures and visit with new friends. Today we did all of those things plus I worked on the puzzle and Dale did some putting. So I thought I’d show you a few more parts of the ship before we start going outside tomorrow.

photo being restoredI’ll join these crafty ladies soon but in the meantime I’m still glued to the puzzle and enjoying meeting my fellow puzzlers.

photo being restoredThere are many places to eat on the ship and although we prefer the World Cafe we sometimes branch out but the deck has been too hot and muggy for us so far. I just popped out the door to take this picture of the brave souls.

photo being restoredBreakfast is always lovely, with multitudes of choices. It opens at various hours depending upon the days activities. For example, tomorrow it must one at 6:00 because adventurous people like Bob and Brenda are leaving at 7:00. We leave at the more civilized hour of 8:00. Here are a couple of views of breakfast.

photo being restoredAs I said, I did the laundry today. The laundry room is another great place to meet people and even to observe real life drama. Four washing machines for about 150 people sometimes brings out the worst in people but today it was the best as very kind people were helping the “newbies” learn the ropes.

I hadn’t thought that mostly seniors would be on your cruise but it makes sense. Thanks for the pictures. It is interesting to see. Are you still going through the Canal and the Red Sea?
