First two days at sea

What can I say? The weather is perfect. The passengers are interesting. The food is unbelievable and it is so relaxing. The educational opportunities are excellent. Viking is really amazing! The ship looks and feels brand new even though it is a year old. I am determined not to make this a food blog because there is more than I can describe. Lunch today was lobster cobb salad prepared poolside.

It is still Christmas here, at least for a couple of days. Beautiful decorations I am glad we got to see. Maybe it is just early celebration for next Christmas.
